- Rental Payment Terms

Rental fees are payable NET 30 from the date of the invoice, unless another payment timeframe is specified on the invoice or rental order.

Late payments are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, if lower).
- If payment remains outstanding after 60 days, JoshPriceSound may refer the account to a collection agency, and the client shall be responsible for reasonable collection costs.
- Deposits

A security deposit may be required for certain rental equipment. The deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after the equipment is returned, subject to inspection for damage or loss. In some cases, and only with prior arrangement, the security deposit may be applied toward the final bill.
- Taxes and Withholding

Clients are responsible for any local taxes or withholding obligations. JoshPriceSound invoices are due in full, and JoshPriceSound is not responsible for taxes or fees imposed by the client’s jurisdiction.
- Equipment Responsibility

All rental equipment remains the property of JoshPriceSound.

The client is responsible for the equipment while in their possession, including loss, theft, or damage.

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
- Equipment may not be subleased, modified, or used in any unlawful manner without prior written consent from JoshPriceSound.
- Late Returns and Replacement Costs

Late returns may incur additional rental fees at the daily rate until equipment is returned.

Equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair will be billed at current replacement cost, plus applicable taxes and fees.
- Insurance

Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for all rental equipment while in their possession. JoshPriceSound may request proof of insurance prior to delivery.
- JoshPriceSound reserves the right to withhold delivery or cancel the rental if proof of insurance is not provided upon request.
- Claims and Damages

Any claim regarding defective, missing, or damaged equipment must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt to support@joshpricesound.com.

JoshPriceSound cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of rental equipment.
- Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
